Costs:
Half day: (4 hours) $55 per day
(Includes lunch & snack)
$15 for each hour after 4 hours
Full day: (7 hours) $100 per day
(Includes lunch & 2 snacks)
Shower: Members $20
Non-members $30
Our operating hours are 9:00-4:00, Monday-Friday. The hours and days you attend are flexible to your needs. Closed on holidays.

Long Term Care Insurance
Check your policy. It may cover adult day services. Often there is a co-pay or deductible to be met before the insurance company begins paying.
Medicaid Waiver
Clay Street Center has a contract with Area Agency on Aging of West Michigan (AAAWM) and is able to provide services to Medicaid Waiver participants at no cost to the client.
Financial Assistance
Clay Street Center is able to provide financial assistance to those who qualify due to funds provided by the Area Agency on Aging of West Michigan.
